1. 個人情報の収集と収集方法

本アプリ「デュオパーク」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザー個人の特定につながる個人情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所など）を直接収集・保管することはありません。

本アプリでは、円滑なゲーム体験を提供するため、以下のサービスおよびデータを取得・利用します：

  • Firebase Authentication (匿名認証): ユーザーごとのゲームセッションおよび通信を安全に処理するため、匿名のユーザー識別子（UID）を発行・利用します。この識別子によってユーザー個人の特定が行われることはありません。
  • Firebase Cloud Firestore: オンライン対戦におけるゲームのリアルタイム同期、ルーム管理、一時的なゲーム進行状況の保存に使用します。

注意: 本アプリはログイン情報の紐付けを行わない匿名認証を採用しているため、アプリを削除すると同じユーザー識別子（UID）は復元できなくなります。

2. 利用目的

取得したデータは、以下の目的のためにのみ利用します：

  • オンライン対戦機能およびミニゲームの正常な動作と同期のため
  • ゲームセッションの維持、およびエラー発生時のトラブルシューティングのため
  • アプリの品質向上、不具合修正、およびユーザー体験向上のため

3. 個人情報の第三者提供

本アプリは、法令に基づく開示請求がある場合等を除き、ユーザーの同意なしに取得したデータを第三者に開示・提供することはありません。

4. データの管理とセキュリティ

本アプリが利用するデータは、Google Cloud / Firebase のセキュアなサーバー環境において厳重に管理されています。サーバーとアプリ間のすべてのデータ伝送は、SSL/TLS 暗号化通信により保護されています。

5. 第三者サービスについて

本アプリでは、ゲームインフラとして以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。提供元におけるデータの取り扱い方法については、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

6. 免責事項

本アプリの利用に関して発生したユーザー同士のトラブル、または本アプリの利用により生じた直接的・間接的な損害等について、開発者は一切の責任を負いかねます。自己の責任において本アプリをご利用ください。

7. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーの内容は、事前の予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。

1. Collection of Information & Method of Collection

The application "DuoPark" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") does not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your real name, email address, phone number, or physical address.

To provide a smooth gaming experience, the App utilizes the following services and data:

  • Firebase Authentication (Anonymous Sign-In): We issue and utilize an anonymous User Identifier (UID) to securely process game sessions and network communications. This identifier cannot be used to identify your real-world identity.
  • Firebase Cloud Firestore: Used to synchronize game states in real-time, manage multiplayer rooms, and temporarily store game progress during matching.

Note: Since the App uses anonymous authentication without linking any social or email accounts, deleting the App from your device will result in the loss of your UID and progress, which cannot be restored.

2. Purpose of Data Use

The data collected is used solely for the following purposes:

  • To enable real-time synchronization of online matches and mini-games.
  • To maintain active game sessions and perform troubleshooting when network errors occur.
  • To improve the App's quality, fix technical bugs, and optimize user experience.

3. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties unless required to do so by law.

4. Security and Data Management

Data processed by the App is managed securely within the Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure. All data transmission between the App and the server is encrypted using standard secure protocols (SSL/TLS).

The developer shall not be held liable for any disputes between players or any direct or indirect damage or loss arising from the use of the App. Please use the App at your own discretion.
